Article VIII of the Allen County Bar Association Constitution reads as follows:

The annual dues for each regular member shall be $150.00, payable in advance on or before the first day of March each year; provided however, the dues for each member that has been admitted to the practice of law in the State of Ohio for a period not greater than five (5) years shall be $100.00 per year, provided any new member shall be exempt from payment of dues for the balance of the year in which the person has been admitted to membership.
